I just completed 100 Episodes of Thinkers' Frequency. In these 100 days, I got regular, leveled up in knowledge, got better at speaking, and doubled my money.
100 days of waking up at 5:30 AM, getting ready by 6:30 AM, reading and researching for the next 90 minutes, and delivering the show from 8 to 9 AM. (And then, of course, stepping into the office to do the real work, i.e. building a super interesting technology and business). It's quite a routine.
In this journey, I have literally changed myself. I used to sleep at 6 or 7 in the morning. I used to collect a batch of reading material and then read them all at once, because "routine is boring". And now, here I am. As regular with my readings as perhaps the people in the news business. It runs with the clock.
Not just reading. The process of reading "between the lines", and explaining things on a live stream has proved to be simply revelatory to say the least. I was always a big reader (ran a campaign called $52BooksInAYear for 11 years, averaging 40 each year), but I don't think I had this kind of clarity on things before. It's like in these 100 days, I've leveled up as much as I would have in many years. It's incredible. Is it what they call compounding? I don't know. But it feels great.
The effects of this broadcast have not just impacted my reading and understanding, but also my way of speaking. I was a star debater as a kid. But for a long time, I had just stopped talking in English. It had ceased to be important. With time, my speech had become, for the lack of a better word, "functional". It did the job, but had no "art value". The decline was evident and embarrassing. And then came Thinkers' Frequency. And it's 'making my speech great again'. Haha!
Lastly, all of this is a lot of work, and unfortunately, it doesn't pay anything. So I thought of putting my 'skin in the game' to the "predictions" we discuss at the show. And guess what? In just last 100 days, I've doubled my money. Now I'm not a trader, neither do I want to be. But I like to put my money where my mouth is. And so far, it tastes good.
It's hard, of course. They say, "Early to rise, early to bed. Makes a man wise, but socially dead". And they're right! I don't have my nights like before. And that's a bummer. But thanks to viewers of Thinkers' Frequency, it's not that bad. Because deep down, I think Thinkers' Frequency offers a cure for not just lacking knowledge, or understanding of business and finance, but also - loneliness.
Yes. Everyday, we meet up at 8 AM, have funny discussions about genuinely "heavy" things. Seemingly "complicated" things. We share laughs, do mental math, make predictions. And then go off to work at 9 AM. What's that? That's brewing friendships! That's saying F-You to loneliness. That is, in nutshell, awesome!
So, for the 101st time, a big thanks to all the viewers of Thinker's Frequency. See you tomorrow! Same place, same time, hopefully! :)
P.S. All thanks to Scott Adams Sir. If not for him and Coffee w/ Scott Adams, there would be no Thinkers' Frequency w/ Nishant Mittal. The world owes him a big thanks for Simultaneous Sips. Here's wishing him great health and a long, beautiful life.

P.PS. You just read an honest (and hopefully valuable) article for free. And if you believe nothing good is free, and neither it should be, consider making donations. Amounts don't matter, gestures do. Here's a big cheers to all my Patrons!
